Such a great read on this topic. I've dealt with something similar in my love of theatre and dance. I used to mostly hide it from others (especially male friends) because it is impossible to be "masculine" and go to ballet class. It's taken years, but now I'm very proud of my favorite hobby and talk openly about it in the hopes that it de-stigmatizes things that aren't typically considered "masculine". Also been vegan for about a year and a half and happy that I did. I have more energy, I enjoy the way I eat and I've learned to get less irked (still do sometimes) by the passive comments of others about my habits. It's my choice about how I want to be.

Love this! Personally, I think ballet is pretty rad. It takes such precision, refinement, and grace. Who cares if society doesn't yet recognize that we should be viewing qualities as "masculine" or "feminine" but rather "human." Thanks for stopping by and please don't be a stranger!
